Spartamax Guide
Editorial Policy
This policy explains how we research and write, what standards every page must meet, and what we will not do.
Source hierarchy
When facts conflict, we defer in this order:
- The current product label (when available)
- The vendor's current checkout and policy pages
- Official product support pages
- NIH (including the Office of Dietary Supplements and LiverTox)
- FDA
- Peer-reviewed studies indexed on PubMed, with preference for systematic reviews and randomized trials
- Reputable medical organizations (Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Urology Care Foundation, American Heart Association)
Third-party review sites, press releases, and forum posts are not sources for factual claims about the product. We study them to understand what buyers are being told, not to learn what's true.
Claim labeling
Important statements carry one of four tags:
- Label fact Something printed on the product or shown in the vendor's product images.
- Vendor claim Something the vendor states that we cannot independently verify.
- Independent evidence Something supported by cited independent research, usually on an individual ingredient.
- Editorial Our interpretation or judgment.
We never present ingredient research as proof that the finished product works. Where no finished-product trial exists, we say so.
What we refuse to publish
- Star ratings, numeric scores, or review counts without a verifiable source
- Testimonials or customer stories we cannot verify
- First-person testing claims when no testing occurred
- Invented authors, doctors, or medical reviewers
- "FDA approved" language or certification-style badges
- Countdown timers, stock counters, or manufactured urgency
- Claims that a supplement treats, cures, or prevents disease
Affiliate separation
Revenue comes from affiliate commissions. Writers are not paid per click or per sale, and the editorial assessment on every page is written before purchase links are placed. Criticisms of the product appear on the same pages as purchase links, deliberately. See the affiliate disclosure.
Updates and corrections
Every page shows a last-updated date. We re-check vendor pricing, guarantee wording, and availability periodically and after reader reports. Substantive corrections are made promptly; contact us at contact@spartamaxz.com.
