Quick answers
- Within 60 days
- ClickBank support; most reliable
- Days 61–365
- Vendor helpdesk under 365-day guarantee
- Need order number?
- Yes, from ClickBank receipt
- Return bottles?
- Vendor asks for unopened bottles; ClickBank usually doesn't for supplements
- Return address
- Returns Dept c/o SpartaMax, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011
- Processing
- 5–7 days after receipt (vendor)
A 365-day guarantee is only as good as the process behind it. Spartamax refunds run through two separate systems with different rules, and knowing which to use, and when, is the difference between a painless refund and a frustrating one.
Route 1: ClickBank (days 1–60)
Independent evidence ClickBank, as retailer of record, offers its own refund policy on products it sells, typically 60 days from purchase, processed independently of the vendor. For physical supplements, ClickBank may or may not require return of product; in practice, refunds for consumables are frequently issued without return.
- Find your ClickBank receipt email (search for "ClickBank" or "CLKBANK"). Note the order number.
- Go to clkbank.com and use the order lookup with your order number and email, or click the support link in the receipt.
- Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason. "Product did not meet expectations" is sufficient.
- Submit. The vendor is notified and has a short window to respond; if they don't, ClickBank processes the refund.
- Refund posts to your original payment method, usually within 3–7 business days.
Editorial This is the route to use if you have any doubt inside 60 days. It doesn't depend on the vendor's goodwill.
Route 2: the vendor's 365-day guarantee (days 61–365)
Vendor claim The sales page promises a full refund within 365 days if you're not satisfied with results. The returns page asks that returned items be unused and unopened, sent to the Colorado address with your invoice, and says to allow 5–7 days after arrival for processing.
- Email the vendor's helpdesk (linked from the sales page footer) stating your order number, purchase date, and that you're requesting a refund under the 365-day money-back guarantee advertised on the sales page. Quote the wording.
- Ask whether they require any bottles returned and, if so, whether opened bottles are acceptable given the satisfaction guarantee.
- If returning, ship all bottles (opened and unopened) with a copy of your invoice, via tracked mail, to: Returns Department c/o SpartaMax, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011.
- Keep the tracking receipt and the email thread.
- Follow up if you haven't heard back within 10 business days of delivery.
The "unopened" problem
What to keep from day one
- ClickBank receipt email (order number)
- A screenshot of the guarantee wording on the sales page, dated
- The shipping box and bottles until any refund clears
- Any tracking receipts for returns
What isn't refunded
Original shipping ($9.99 on single bottles) and your return postage are generally not refunded; the vendor's policy doesn't address them. Sales tax is usually refunded with the product price.
For the guarantee's terms in full, see the guarantee page. For what to do if a refund is refused, the complaints page explains chargebacks and reporting.
Sample refund request wording
Whether you go through ClickBank's system or the vendor's helpdesk, a short, factual message works best. Something like:
Order number: [CLKBANK order number from your receipt]. Order date: [date]. I'm requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee advertised on the sales page. I have [number] unopened bottles and [number] opened. Please confirm the refund and let me know whether you need the bottles returned and to what address.
Keep the tone neutral. You don't need to justify the request or describe your experience with the product; the guarantee is unconditional per the vendor's own page. If you are asked to return bottles, get the return address in writing, ship with tracking, and keep the receipt.
A timeline for the 365-day route
Because the vendor's extended guarantee sits outside ClickBank's automated system, expectations should be realistic:
- Day 0: submit request via the vendor helpdesk. Screenshot the submission.
- Day 3–5: a response is reasonable. If none, follow up, referencing the original ticket.
- Day 10: if still no response, send a final message stating you'll dispute the charge with your card issuer if you don't hear back within five business days.
- Day 15: initiate a chargeback. Provide the sales page screenshot showing the 365-day guarantee, your order receipt, and your correspondence. Card issuers generally allow disputes for services not as described within 120 days of the transaction, though some extend this; check your issuer's policy, since a refund requested at month 10 may fall outside chargeback eligibility.
This last point is the practical weakness of any long guarantee: the further you are from the purchase date, the fewer backstops you have if the vendor doesn't cooperate. It's a reason to decide within the first 60 days when possible.
Refunds and the digital bonuses
The two PDF guides can't be "returned." The vendor's policy doesn't mention them, and in practice refunds are issued on the product price regardless. You keep the files. This is standard for ClickBank offers.
After a refund: watch your statement
Refunds through ClickBank post to your card in 3–5 business days as a credit from CLKBANK. Vendor-processed refunds may take longer. If a credit doesn't appear within 10 business days of a confirmed refund, contact whichever party confirmed it with the confirmation reference. For full guarantee terms and the discrepancy between the sales page and the returns page, see our guarantee analysis.
Frequently asked questions
Does the 60-day ClickBank window start at purchase or delivery?
At purchase. If delivery takes 10 business days, you effectively have about 46 days with the product. Plan accordingly.
Will I be asked why I want a refund?
ClickBank asks you to choose a reason from a list; any reason is accepted within the policy window. The vendor's sales page promises 'no questions asked' for its 365-day guarantee.
Can I get a partial refund if I used one bottle of three?
Refund policies for this product don't describe partial refunds. Request a full refund and return unused bottles; ClickBank's process generally refunds the full order amount.
What if the vendor doesn't respond to a 365-day refund request?
Follow up in writing after 10 business days. If there's still no response, dispute the charge with your card issuer, citing the advertised guarantee, and include your dated screenshot of the sales page.
